Oregon Fruit was founded in Salem, Oregon by the Gehlar family in 1935. Salem, Oregon lies in the heart of the Willamette Valley, one of the most fertile parts of the country. This region, now known primarily for wine, was then home to some of the best fruit on the planet. Based on proximity to fresh fruit, Oregon Fruit was founded to share what we grow in Oregon by processing and canning high-quality cane berries and cherries. Whether you’re scaling a beverage, building a menu, or baking at home, our fruit products are designed to meet you where you make — and make it better.
