Who We Are:
Patrick Fetchko, P. Eng. / BASc Mechanical Engineering (Hons)
Patrick is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering, specializing in brewing and distilling equipment. His leadership in managing different types of projects and people, combined with expertise in equipment and process design, has made him a trusted consultant across various industries. Patrick excels at collaborating closely with clients to design and build custom brewhouses and distillery equipment for locations worldwide. He has been a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with EGBC since 2016.
Kevin Emms / MSc Brewing and Distilling / Advanced Cicerone™
For the last decade and a half, Kevin has been directing production at craft breweries and distilleries of varying size in British Columbia. Through several start-ups, expansions, and even shutdowns, he has navigated the turbulent moments that challenge businesses and their teams. Through it all, the opportunities for problem-solving have kept him engaged and passionate about this industry. As a consultant, Kevin has assisted clients in finding profitability through process improvements, facility upgrades, project management, product development, and establishing performance frameworks.
